Our mini (small) bags are 100% hand-crocheted by Wayuu Indigenous women from different areas in La Guajira, Colombia, who proudly preserve their rich cultural traditions through weaving. Each mochila is truly one-of-a-kind and you won’t find another bag exactly like it.

The craftwomanship involved is incredible: a one-thread bag can take up to 7 days to complete, while a two-thread bag typically takes 4 to 5 days, depending on the artisan. This careful, time-intensive process ensures quality and durability.

Despite their small size, these mini mochilas are strong and carry the weight of Wayuu weaving knowledge. Each bag's intricate patterns and vibrant colors tell stories unique to the artisan who crafted it, making every piece a wearable work of cultural art.
