These long, fringe earrings are hand beaded by Inga Awaska, a beading and cultural workshop made up of Indigenous Inga women in Putumayo, Colombia.
Filled with intricate, detailed, and storytelling symbolism that expresses Inga culture & heritage.
The symbol showed in these earrings is called Uigsa Warmi, meaning the womb of a woman. Although they are long, they are light in weight and will illuminate your outfit with the unique color combinations the artisans chose to use when beading them.
