Chapu Sunsets ✻ Inga Beaded Earrings

These radiant fringe earrings are hand beaded by Inga Awaska, a beading and cultural workshop made up of Indigenous Inga Women in Putumayo, Colombia.

The colors of the beads used to make these earrings remind me of the vibrant sunsets you see in Colombia that are always a mix of colors! "Chapu" in the Inga language translates to "mezcla; mezclado" or "mixed".
